6th Grade is a truly special year! Our students are closing one chapter and getting ready to begin another. Each year, the HSA proudly supports several 6th-grade–specific events, including the 6th Grade WE Social, Halloween Dance, Jeff Lake Field Trip, Yearbook, End-of-Year Fun Day, Graduation, End of Year Dance, and more.
This year, we’ve created a 6th Grade Committee to help fundraise and plan a few extra surprises for our students.
We’re seeking support from our 6th-grade families to make it all possible. Attached, you’ll find sponsorship opportunities that will help us do the most for our 6th graders. All funding will go directly to the sixth grade. No contribution is too small or too large and every bit makes a difference! Multiple families can split a sponsorship level.

6th Grade Class of 2026 Sponsorship Opportunities

Your support helps make our 6th-grade events extra special! We’ve created several ways for families and businesses to get involved:

Level 1 – $100

Your generosity will be recognized at our monthly HSA meetings and in a thank-you letter distributed to all 6th-grade parents.

Level 2 – $200

Your generosity will be recognized at our monthly HSA meetings and in a thank-you letter distributed to all 6th-grade parents. Name recognition in the 6th Grade Sponsor Page in the yearbook.

*Sponsorship must be received by January 15th due to yearbook submission timelines

Level Up Sponsor (Product or Service Sponsorship)

Help us “level up” our 6th-grade End of Year Dance! We’re seeking donations such as:

• Stationary photo booth or 360 photo booth
• On-site professional photographer
• $5 Gift cards for student giveaways

Level Up sponsors will be highlighted at our HSA meetings, in the 6th-grade letter, in the yearbook, and on our social media pages.
