Our district wide HSAfest and Walkathon will take place Sunday September 27th, 2026, from 1-4pm.
-All Student entrepreneurs must be a current student in either Stevenson or Churchill school.
- You will be given a setup time slot starting at 12:00 to stagger the unloading of cars.
-You can participate in the festival events even if you have a stall.

- You Must provide your own table, Cashbox, and we recommend a pop tent in case of unfavorable weather.

- If you have a logo or promotional flyer, we will use it to help promote your business on social media! If you need help creating one, we're here to help! We'll work with you to design something you love! 
-A parent or guardian must be present with the student vendor.
- Vendors will be chosen on a first come first serve basis in the event of multiple requests to sell the same product.
-Items sold must be produced or created by the student vendor themselves.
-If you have craft fair/market experience, this will be a similar format. If you do not have that experience, we are here to answer any questions you may have and help guide you along the way. This will be a fun and easy way for you to share your talents and products with the community.
-Interest form must be completed by August 20th.
